The SweatHouz Remix – A Brand Experience Cover

The Problem

The sauna was hot. The feedback form? Not so much.

SweatHouz delivered a premium wellness experience—but capped it off with a feedback flow that felt cold, clinical, and downright forgettable. A dull SMS. A generic “Submit” button. And survey questions that sounded like they were written by a robot in khakis.

My Role: Brand Experience Designer | Copywriter | Voice Strategist

Overview:
This speculative project reimagines the customer feedback flow for SweatHouz, a wellness brand blending sauna, cold plunge, and performance recovery. Inspired by the idea of a “cover song,” the goal was to take their existing survey touchpoint—from text message to CTA—and rewrite it with more personality, warmth, and brand alignment.

What I Did:

  • Rewrote SMS prompts to spark curiosity and response

  • Reordered and reframed survey questions to lead with emotion

  • Replaced generic CTAs (“Submit”) with fun, brand-forward alternatives

  • Redesigned rating UI concepts with conversational, visual flair

  • Injected a modern, Cole Schafer x Ann Handley tone of voice across the flow

Outcome:
A more engaging, human, and memorable post-session experience that feels less like a form—and more like a conversation.
